"You Get Sexier Over Time”: Tiffany Monique x Untamed on Confidence, Motherhood & Sensuality
On March 31, 2025, Tiffany Monique—national choreographer, creative director, and new mom—joined Untamed founder Sheridan Labbè for a sultry, soulful photoshoot. The shoot was electric, full of heat, confidence, and undeniable feminine energy. In between shots, Tiffany sat down with Sheridan for a raw conversation on keeping your sexy alive beyond your 20s, embracing motherhood, and living Untamed.
Sheridan- What’s one piece of advice you would give yourself in your 20s and 30s?
Tiffany Monique- It’s a couple of pieces of advice. One, don’t overthink it and just let it be. The other would be that there’s no set schedule in life. Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get there on time.
Tiffany Monique- What made you start Untamed?
Sheridan- Ooh, I love this question. I started Untamed because I wanted to create a space for women to feel sexy in their bodies and themselves. Like everything revolving around sex and sensuality was very pleasure-focused or male-centered, and there was no representation for women who just wanted to feel sexy, because they wanted to feel sexy and not for the benefit of anybody else. I just want people to feel sexy, like build intimacy with themselves and other people, but prioritize intimacy with themselves.
Sheridan- How are you still finding time for yourself and feeling sexy while also navigating being a mother?
Tiffany Monique- You have to prioritize yourself, even when you have kids. You do lose that when you have a child. However, at least one day, when you can spend 30 minutes on yourself, one day when you can read a book, whatever you need to do to get that girl back. I also practice getting up and getting dressed, even if it’s sweatpants, I will probably have my lashes on and my edges done, it makes a difference.
Sheridan- I feel like that’s something I’ve started to do more. Just in this season, forcing myself to get up and get dressed, put some perfume on, put my jewelry on, and it just makes you want to go about your day.
Tiffany Monique- And if it’s raining or I’m having a rough day, I would try to put on a bright color to lift my mood.
Sheridan- Well, I’m excited that you did the shoot. I think it’s good for people to see people who look like them, who are also in phases of life like them. When you think about lingerie and sensuality, people only think about it in terms of a single woman or a non-mother. They don’t think about how sexiness transcends all these titles and roles people give us. She’s not sexy despite being a mom—she’s sexy because of it.Your sexiness never goes away. And you’re definitely the embodiment of that.
Tiffany Monique- Thank you. You get sexier over time.
Sheridan- Someone told me one time that the older you get, especially when you get into your 30s and 40s, it's a new level of sexiness because your confidence is different and certain stuff you don’t care about.
Tiffany Monique- You don’t, and it’s a great thing. And then having a child later in life, helps a lot too. I had to be sexy to get it, but now I have to be sexy to keep it. Motherhood is the new sexy.
Tiffany Monique also sat down with Jade, our Public Relations Assistant, and Katherine, the Creative Director on the shoot, to answer a few questions.
Jade- What makes you feel so confident?
Tiffany Monique- Fake it until you make it! Eventually, you’ll feel confident, so fake it until you make it. I get into character eventually. Smelling good! I put on the best perfume that makes me ‘ooh’. Of course, the lingerie, the makeup, and the hair make me confident.
Jade- What’s your secret to being confident?
Tiffany Monique- Being happy. That whenever I feel unhappy, getting myself back to being happy.
Jade- What makes you feel happy?
Tiffany Monique- Everything around me, and seeing things I have accomplished. Even when it's something that’s traumatic to me, I know rainbows come after thunderstorms, and it makes me happy.
Katherine- When you instruct girls learning to dance, how do you get them to bring out their fullest selves in that (dance)?
Tiffany Monique- Be their biggest cheerleader, speak words of affirmation to them while they are in class, and just let them know they are supported. Give them that security blanket when they come into the class. I start it off that way.
Katherine- How do you carry the sultriness of dance with you throughout life?
Tiffany Monique- I don’t. Haha. I’m such a dork at home. However, it's just being feminine. People love it. Why wouldn’t you want to turn that on sometimes? It makes people feel good, and when people watch it, they feel good.
Tiffany reminded us that sensuality evolves—it deepens with age, motherhood, and confidence. Her presence during this shoot was a masterclass in feminine energy, and we’re honored to have captured it. Ready to see what your version of Untamed looks like?
